as photocopy of the current passport. |

should be renewed six months before it gets expired. |

Nepali
passports remain valid for 10 years from the date of issue. |

Passport is
renewed from Sunday – Thursday at 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. |

In case of
accidental damage of the passport or use of all the pages
meant for visa, one could apply for a new passport any time. |

Passport
forms are available free of charge at the Embassy or can be
downloaded from the website. |

In case of
loss of the passport, the embassy requires the following
documents for
necessary processing: |

iii. Photo copy of lost passport with valid
visa page |

iv. Citizenship certificate showing the
